Great clients (especially in the entertainment industry), Hispanic-focused projects which feels great to be promoting, operates like a start-up, so there is a lot of room for you to try/learn things you may not have experience in but are interested in
Cons
minimal resources, "people-pleasing" type of culture, long hours, always tight turn around deadlines, you're expected to work on multiple tight deadlines and answer slacks and emails that come in constantly right away, everyone's always under pressuring trying to figure things out, they calculate influencer metrics by on a spreadsheet collecting them none by one.
