      Close-nit team, cool clients, great for entertainment.

      Cons

      Overtime with no comp days or extra pay, which is actually offered at other similar companies.

      Pros

      Hispanic focused diverse agency giving opportunities to diverse creators.

      Cons

      Agency mostly run by women and LGBTQ men (nothing wrong with that aspect) but they make it known they don't like straight men working there for some reason and everyone is overworked.

      None really, i just wouldn't recommend to anyone

      Cons

      Scam artists; does not pay their taxes, can't make payroll, lies to employess, cheats employees out of compensation; investigated by the irs; unlawful practices; CEO is crazy and mentally unbalanced.
