      Pros

      HARTING look after their employees very well. Nice working environment and friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Can be a little disjointed due to size of organisation. Conflicts of interest between senior global business development management. However, this is not uncommon in large multinationals and certainly not unique to HARTING.
