The most toxic environment I had been part of. You have freedom to do your job alone, no micromanaging- however, nobody knows what they’re doing because few acc and operations associates believe they are head department and talk to you like you’re less than, will provide different procedures then claim they know nothing. Please run from this toxic environment. It’s a sad place to work and spend the majority of your day with old age women that are obviously miserable and feed off of being bullies.
