Broken organization in the US

Pros

Strong operation in China, some compelling manufacturing capabilities, decent stock catalog, some excellent engineering talent, decent benefits.

Cons

Toxic sales management in the US that is known to top leadership but nothing is done to make change, extremely high turnover rate (and recent loss of strong, long-term core talent), demoralizing onboarding process, poorly thought-out training process, "trend" sample aesthetic outdated, many outdated stock packaging offerings. This company does not properly show up like competition in newer market segments and relies on very old, established business which is slowly drying up. This is a hollowed out organization propped up by private equity and will not have success in the US much longer if they keep up the current status quo.
