      Great place to start your career

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, inclusive, encouraging coworkers, work life balance. Decent benefits, lot's of vacation time from the start.

      Cons

      Non-profit organization therefore annual increases are low. Encourages career growth, but doesn't work to create new job opportunities for you. Not enough resources which promotes staff to constantly work outside their job description without being compensated for it.

      Great benefits and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Training is entirely on you - there were no training materials Staff is mainly young, inexperienced, competing for attention, and you often get the “mean girls” vibes Be aware of the “buddy system” where one of the longer standing staff befriends a new employee to collect information but there is no constructive feedback, only consequences Feedback lacks completely- check in meetings with manager provided no feedback, or guidance. Pretty disappointing experience
