I had an great experience working at Hei. Learning many different operations in the manufacturing world.

Pros

Able to learn many different machines and operations thru out the production floor. Solder printing, Wirebonding, SMT placement machines.

Cons

Having to learn to getting product done right the first time and eliminating rework. Always had rework.

Pros

Since being hired two years ago, I have gone from part time to full time, earned benefits, and the opportunity is increasing. The perks are two fold since they are managers, we are offered management perks AND perks of the brand

Cons

Some of the challenges about working at my location is the supervisors may take suggestions for improvement but there are many hoops to jump through before implementation.
