      Pros

      Great perks, staff hotel, spa and restaurant rates, amazing family owned business where values are genuine and culture is strong. Excellent psyrates

      Cons

      Company is still growing and current market is difficult to find experienced staff to support growth but that is only temporary and all nz businesses are experiencing this post covid

      Pros

      Work culture environment. Good incentives for staff motivation.

      Cons

      You won't be recognise unless you are higher than the bottom of the food chain. Will support the external people applying, apart from their own staff's career progression. I don't think I was on the same page as them as far as my career goals. I was pretty open from the start about my goals even volunteered to train without pay for my career progression. Trusted them but nothing happened.

      Company great place to work overall, however, when you would like to progress further it will depend on your current roll and if the company have challenges to progress in the position.

      Cons

      Quite often feelt that employees undervalued, not appreciated for work been done.
