      The worst prospect of exhibition industry

      2 meals per day Fair holiday Relatively reasonable salary compare by qualification

      The exhibition industry is smashed by the outbreak, indeed, but it was going down the slope since many years ago, from three months bouns changed to less than a month, and only +2% for salary at 2019-2020. Worst management culture and mindset. Too many old seafoods, lack of promotion chance which the new generation staff can completely replace their head, who are apple-polisher with high paid. Too much manger while too little general officer and normal operation staff.
