There's lack of planning and communication. Partners are not cohesive in procedures, leading to confusion and frustrations. Lack of planning results in longer hours in the end to complete projects for deadlines. Compensation awarded needs to be more based on merit and current market rates. For those that do work hard are penalized in annual increases because too much was earned in overtime. Work life balance and morale could be improved.

The HR has no experience, scheduling is bad, communication can be unclear, overtime is not a incentive , and honestly the list goes on. They have more partners and managers then staff . Very few people here genuinely care about your career and success.
