Culture of Revenge

Pros

Some good very talented staff.

Cons

Don't follow employment regulations. Lack of management. When there's success or failure they are there shouting the odds. A lot of very very unhappy overstressed staff. If you raise concerns there is a culture of revenge and petty unprofessional payback which includes covertly 'revenge' whilst smiling in your face. This includes no reference, not paying benefits and pensions. As a company they are struggling to deal with far better competitors technology and it comes down to the staff I would highly recommend no one works here. From professional level down. Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Pros

• Plenty of amenities, nice new building. • Decent benefits, 401k matching as well. • Upbeat culture, regular trainings and seminars readily available. • Cross-training and moving to another department is also possible.

Cons

• Toxic upper-management. • Feeling as if you will be thrown under the bus at a minute's notice.
