      Meet some great people, and a few excellent professionals.

      Cons

      Upper management felt no need to further train its staff. One had to work with what one brought into the organization... However the expectations were very high.

      I have found some friends and I have worked on great projects.

      Cons

      Sallary is a joke and they pay it in an illegaly way. Poisonius team and you should feel like a you do not worth anything, because of the team leaders.
