      Pros

      Incredible people to work with, great atmosphere, everyone is respectful and treat each other like family. The interview process was smooth and straightforward, it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

      Cons

      Onboarding was a bit overwhelming but nothing to complain about.

Exposure to real transportation and bridge projects, flexible communication with supervisors, and a collaborative workplace culture. Good place for early-career engineers to gain practical design experience and grow technically.

      Learning curve can be steep for new engineers, especially when balancing multiple software tools and design standards
