      You'll be able to learn the art of deceit and manipulation really well Parking lot Experience with different industries

      Cons

      They will use their deceit and manipulation against you if they know they can get away with it Useless meetings that are not productive A lot of micromanagement and office politics *POTENTIALLY CAREER ENDING* If you get on management's bad side for any reason when you leave, don't bother applying to any of the companies the company works with because they will give them a backdoor reference.

      Hybrid work environment, with individuals putting in significant effort.

      Terrible upper management with a tendency to micro-manage. I feel bad for other teams; they suffer more than we do.

      Pros

      Good coworkers. Still keep in touch with them. Pay is always on time. Good job if you are single or finished college recently. It’s good and enjoyable if you don’t stay too long here.

      Cons

      Company expectation makes no sense. It’s a small company, but company tries to fool you by saying it is top firm and global company. Benefits here is no good. Serious micromanagement.
