For Tech Team , there are many : * Full on politics * layoffs with out any notice * you can sustain if lick manage's boot because he is also doing same * no work life balance , sorry no life after joining HT * worst managment i have ever withnessed in my IT career * every tech team in HT has same issue , so its not on team wise pressure * No benefits for employees * HR dicussion will lure you by mentioning we have 52 leaves , but the funny part is you cant avail it. * you will be shifting with in teams in just 2-3 months and in that you have to prove your worth(To much expectation) In short : if you have no other option then my dear friend , welcome to HELL.
