      A Career-Defining Place to Learn and Grow

      I feel nothing but gratitude for my time at HVS and deep appreciation for the people I worked with and for. The firm provided me with ample opportunities to pursue my career goals. I was able to work across multiple divisions, in multiple offices, and with different teams, which gave me a broad and invaluable perspective. HVS truly puts its people first, going above and beyond to make you feel heard and supported. There was a point in my journey where many companies might have ended my employment, but instead, HVS extended a lifeline and found ways to help me succeed. They treated me with fairness and compassion, and in doing so, set me up for the rest of my career. Even in later interviews, I found that people consistently valued the fact that I had come through HVS, which speaks volumes about the firm’s reputation and impact. HVS is a company that invests in its people, and I will always be grateful for the experiences and relationships I gained there.

      Cons

      The only real “con” I can mention is that the work itself ultimately wasn’t the right long-term fit for me, but that was a personal preference, not a reflection of the company. In fact, HVS went above and beyond to give me ample opportunities to explore different areas, try new things, and branch out within the firm. They encouraged growth, supported curiosity, and made it clear that if one path didn’t feel right, there were other avenues to pursue.
