- Decent benefits/PTO - Great colleagues - I've made actual lifelong friends working here, which is more than I can say for other places I've worked. People here are generally kind and collaborative.
Cons
- Workload is overwhelming and higher ups are reluctant to hire more people to handle the excess - Promotions and raises aren't the easiest to obtain, a lot of instances of people leaving / leveraging to get what they deserve
The people are generally great to work with and there are some fun employee programs like book giveaways and a volunteer service day every year. It's overall a really good place to work.
Cons
Upward mobility is not as good as it could be. It's very difficult to get a raise or promotion.
