      If you work just about everyday this is the place for you

      Cons

      You are to be on call all the time. They do not respect work life home life balance. Pay is sub par leadership is not in the loop. Not worried about employee just a dollar.

      Pros

      Hackbarth has been a great place for me to continue my career path and grow in the industry. In a short period of time I was able to move up the chain and this company really rewards the employee that meets/exceeds the expectations of the duties assigned. The upper management team really do care about the employees and are willing to assist when needed. The owners of this company do care about the employees and are very passionate about this business. Customer perception is very important and Safety is most important. Compensation and benefits are very competitive in the industry.

      Cons

      Hackbarth is not perfect as no company is, but by far, this is the best company I have worked with. They really care about the employees.
