      The leader gives me the freedom and autonomy to build my desk and more importantly providing me with careful guidance.

      Pros

      Company had to make some pay adjustments for upcoming quarter. Happening to a lot of companies so not surprising because of economy, but what I like is that it was handled well by MD. Reasons communicated clearly and consistent.

      Bring back Friday happy hours soon :)
