Do you want to work for people that fire you for having the audacity to ask them to stop mistreating you?
Do you want to give up your nights and weekends because your boss thinks that literal suffering is required for start up success?
Do you want to work on a problem that the leadership claims that no one else is working on but no fewer than 25 other firms are?
Then step right up and apply and you too can be screamed at by people whose penchant for pushing buggy code to repo is only outshined by their inability to be good managers or functional human beings in any way shape or form.
In all due seriousness, this place is toxic. The leadership is full of people who lie with impunity and fire people when they ask to stop being abused.
This is a clear warning to anyone who thinks about applying here: you will work unnecessarily long hours, you will be screamed at by managers for no reason, and if you dare push back or speak up about it, you will be fired.
Then, they'll gaslight you and try to make you think that you're not actually good at your job even when you have been fixing your manager's problems for months.
Then to top it all off, their corporate counsel will call you on the phone and try to threaten and intimidate you into not publicly talking about your overwhelmingly negative experience at this company.
Friendly reminder: HR protects the company. Not you. Do not trust them, do not tell them anything, do not assume they will help you in any way shape or form, because they won't.
They'll put you through six rounds of interviews but your exit will be a 5-minute Zoom call telling you that you don't have a job anymore.
Hard to think this place is worth it for the toll it takes on your health and peace of mind.
