Poor training apart from 1 day by the scunthorpe trainer Not contacted despite being promised I would be Poor organisation at TM level Grimsby office totally disorganised Told one thing byou local office and another by live in team After being cleared for several weeks and still given no work I found another job and left Poor standards Poor medication training Poor continence training
