Cons
Idiots at Corporate. They over analyzed every bad google review but did nothing to find solutions. No training for on-site employees. And no commission or bonus structure after lease up phase is over.
The company is growing and adding new properties all of the time which is great, but it tends to forget about its older properties and loyal employees . The older properties start to fall apart and They refuse to put any real Money into renovating their communities. They like to "spot fix" their communities without fixing the real underlying problems.
