Hello There. We welcome feedback from former employees even if their experience was not always to their satisfaction. We try to ensure that our managers openly reward employees for great efforts but do not share the disciplinary actions involving employees. Is it quite possible that employees are not made aware of “penalties” their coworkers experience? That would be a good thing since we heavily promote confidentially.
