      Pros

      Manager and other tutors are amazing. Super sweet, fun community, long term friends

      Cons

      CEO does not like to afford employees proper treatment. Some offices don't have proper ventilation (health hazard).

      Pros

      Good colleagues, fun people to work with; collaborative environment. Honestly, everything was pretty great other than the compensation and the boss.

      Cons

      Boss/owner was a bit of a micro-manager, while also being absent/out-of-the-office 50% of the time. Compensation was a bit below market rate, and considerably less than the billing rate (about 1/6th).
