Pros

Health benefits aren't half bad....

Cons

Like the other reviewer stated, you're just a number. Don't expect them to see you as an individual. You're just a pawn to help them make money. Because as they put it. "The Hampton family is growing and there are more more mouths to feed". There is a major lack of professionalism among management and traders. Sexist, derogatory, chauvinistic, and crude jokes are the norm. And never expect your boss to keep anything confidential. Their support staff is extremely under paid and unappreciated. With the amount the traders rake in,you would think they could pay their support staff more, or at least so some gratitude. Members of management can do no wrong at Hampton. They can be extremely verbally abusive. It is impossible to please them. Expectations are as clear as mud. And the level of double standards between the 'help' and management are out of control. And let me tell you, no amount of Dan Miller is going to change any of that. There is continuous hand holding between support staff and traders. The majority of them probably can't even enter an order in the system. Needless to say, this place isn't all rainbows and unicorns. While employees by this establishment, I was constantly lied to, verbally abused, belittled, and embarrassed publicly I front of my peers. Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself the trouble.

Toxic & Vile Company

Pros

Nice health benefits that begin almost immediately after being hired. Catered lunches and team building events.

Cons

Welcome to the good ole' boys club! Absolutely repulsive behavior and comments from traders and management. I don't even know where to begin. I heard it all while working for this company; sexist, derogatory, racist, homophobic and crude jokes daily. HR is clueless and might as well be non-existent. Favoritism galore for those who spend their work day mingling with management instead of doing their actual job. Extremely gossipy and toxic place to work. If you have any sense of pride, self-worth or professionalism, do yourself a favor and go work for any other company but this one.
