Smaller company not a ton of opportunities for growth.

I am reaching out to provide clarity on the recent loss of our line crew contract in North Coast and Metro West. We still have substantial long-term contracts... We are approved to bid on future line projects and anticipate rebuilding those divisions...we remain 300 employees strong! Christine Tedder President/WBE This was the only communication received by more than 50 employees whose jobs evaporated in 10 days. This is not a company or an owner that cares. It shows disregard for the effect this would have on many families and individuals struggling to make it in this economy. Zero empathy, zero acknowledgement, it solidified the widespresd suspicion that these rich out of touch owners didn't care at all about the people doing the work. Also some widespread inappropriate behavior from male supervisors and managers. Lots of disparaging of previous employees by management. Lack of professionalism across the board.
