I spent possibly the most unhappy two years of my life at this company. Unfortunately, unless you’re prepared to suck up to management you’re pretty much ignored. Lots of b**ching between senior management and will undermine you in front of your team and go behind your back. Way too many training courses and the managers meetings were painful, they seemed to enjoy making you look stupid. Sadly for me my area director was absolutely horrible and she had a huge turnover of managers as she was only interested in the males … she was NOT pro empowering women as she likes to post on her IG. I used to get crushing migraines and funnily enough they disappeared once I’d left. There’s no entrepreneurial spirit encouraged, it was their way or the highway. The job I left Hamptons for was completely opposite, complete autonomy and I doubled their income within 6 months as I felt supported and valued.
