People in production are friendly

A company in a First World country but management runs like it's in a Third World country. Management taking advantage of giving poor compensation, production members specifically, because people are not complaining. Management is controlling employees vacation requests. Managers can get vacation anytime they want but not the members. Managers do not even know how to cover their members task in times of absence. General Manager is just sitting in the office, will just show up if revenue is hit and do not even know how operations work. QUALITY sucks. Quality department is just yapping all day. No product developments and equipments are cheap and very old. It doesnt matter if you work longer than others or know more skills and tasks, you will just get the same pay with new members.
