Pros

Laid back environment. Nice group of people to work with. There are some employee perks.

Cons

Management is lost in guiding, training, or maintaining their employees. Despite efforts to voice concerns and improve performance, people were made to sit quietly and even experienced retaliation which I witnessed. Not a workplace that encourages growth. The office had a very clear ' trust no one ' vibe. Pay rates for many postions were entirely too low for the work load and experience required.

There are zero reasons to work there, the good reviews you see are fake, those are all props. It's a horrible place.

Cons

No pay. Low pay. Lies. Bounced pay checks. Criminal element. Dussorganized, unsafe. The list goes on and on. Worst dealer group in Florida. Stay away.

The work is fun. The coworkers are great.

Cons

Constantly seeking new employees and trying to elevate reputation. Are all the positive reviews here from current employees? What about the negative? At least 4 service managers turned over this year. 3 General Managers in 6 months. 5 Sales Managers in 6 months. At least 4 Finance Managers in 6 months. These are the biggest players in the dealership. 2 Parts Managers in 6 months. 2 Business Development Managers in 6 months. Responses from coworkers to my inquiries on why this happens were "they mess with their pay". "6 month business outlook?" You won't last 6 months.
