Good working hours, closed on Sunday , blue cross blue shield insurance available disability coverage , employee discounts available, paid major holidays, each store has inventory to sell

Low income, under national standards, poor management support from Corp office, poor communications , poor support from vendors,low quality advertising, not very responsive to suggestions
