      Intense work schedule, not as "happy" as people thought it would be.

      Pros

      Very professional talents at mid level, plenty of chances to learn from each other.

      Cons

      The embodiment of toxic management, scared me for years and still today the worst workplace I ever encountered. This place is built on exploitative system of young talents, psychological manipulation and daily gaslighting. They try so hard to cover this reality to the point that they fake their own names to hide the fact that is a family business, the 'leads' are nepo babies with no talent nor taste, but only thick skin and no shame.
