Pros

Its a small company so you get to work on a lot of different things and are exposed to a lot of different areas of the business. We are understaffed so you will have responsibility for as much as you can handle very quickly.

Cons

The company is lacking direction, projects change and get canceled/started on a whim, senior management and engineering departments generally do not agree
