Pros
I was recruited by an HR rep from Harbinger. Process was respectful and professional. Onboarding / training was on site, and well executed, and equipment for the remote job was good. Great remote technical assistance.
Cons
I came from a hands-on sign background, and was used to driving issue resolution on my projects. Found it difficult to relinquish control and timeline to others when there were issues to resolve.

Fantastic work culture. Most of the leadership is willing to change methods when presented with new information. Work pace is consistent with little down time. Great place to aid in process improvement

Can be disorganized at times.
