      If you want a work life balance, this one isn't for you

      Pros

      You get free food every Friday in the corporate office, you get most holidays off, and there are decent benefits. Not the best, but decent.

      Cons

      There is little to no career growth unless you're under the right people. You will be overworked, you'll have to fight to use your earned PTO, the office culture is almost non existent and kind of toxic, and they don't really care for you as an employee and only about what money you can make them regardless of your tenure. They also make people write glassdoor reviews as a new hire task.

      Great work environment and pay, but slow processes

      Cons

      They take a long time to process applications for new admissions. My team and I don't have ID badges. We would appreciate it if this matter were addressed.
