Pros

Good benefits, work gets done eventually

Cons

The bosses children work here, so if they don’t like you, he doesn’t like you. You work overtime a lot. There conflict between production and sales all the time and nobody really listens

Pros

A paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

Management has decided to hire all their family friends and all his sons buddies. Work environment is tense most of them do drugs and have to act a certain way. If you do not drink the kool-aid you will not survive. You have to act like a cookie cutter robot never questioning bad management. They pay 97% of the employees peanuts so the top 3 people can have huge salaries. They price their products way above standard market pricing which hurts gaining new clients. Even if you are doing your job and being productive they will find a way to fire you. They will bring you on only to have you create new leads and accounts to get them in good standing. Once you have your accounts set they will fire you just to give them to the family friends and praise them for hardwork. NEPOTISM

Pros

Great place to grow if you’re motivated and willing to learn. The environment is fast-paced and the workload can be heavy, but there’s a strong support system in place and team members are willing to help when needed. As a Jr. Account Manager, I’ve had opportunities to develop professionally, take on responsibility, and gain valuable experience quickly. There’s definitely room for growth for people who put in the effort.

Cons

The workload can sometimes make work-life balance challenging, especially during busy periods. The pace of the job requires strong time management and the ability to adapt quickly. While the demands can feel overwhelming at times, the experience and career growth opportunities make it feel worthwhile in the long run.
