Decent but not great pay, regular hours, typical benefit package, team wear package and boot allowance provided, an okay bonus program.
Cons
Poor training. Too much pressure to produce, produce, produce! Poor communication from management to workers. Physical aspect to job can be very difficult and taxing. Favoritism. Inconsistency between what is said and what is done.
