      Friendly staff Remote working That's about it

      Cons

      Completely ineffective board of directors. There is no consideration for staff. Greed and profit far out weigh anything else. You will be worked into the ground and then when you're about to break you'll be worked harder. No autonomy. No trust. Micromanaged regardless of experience. It's a dictatorship. Dreadful place

      A very welcoming and friendly firm. It is easy to approach and talk to management. The firm is driven and looking to grow.

      No onsite parking ( although it is in town so lots of parking options)

      Local to town centre and other amenities

      Cons

      Rigid and ineffective management team overseeing a toxic working environment. Difficult to acquire working relationships with other employees as staff turnover is unusually high. Staff benefits and salary increases fall far below standards and therefore I cannot recommend Harris Fowler.
