      Pros

      Boost my self-confidence. I show myself capable of taking on new responsibilities, which will boost employee satisfaction and give me more learning opportunities.

      Cons

      There is nothing to discuss on that. The manager gave me all trust and support, and the company was excellent.

      CEO micro-managing the company to death.

      Pros

      Great Engineers and excellent designers/draftsmen people with great skills. They care about the clients.

      Cons

      Upper management is micro-managed by the CEO to the point they are not able to do much production work, which equals billing percentage to go down. And that is all the CEO cares about, percentages. CEO has tried different marketing ideas each year since he took over. And the company stock has dropped each year too. It has lost over 25% in 5 years. Nobody understands why the Board of Directors keep him. Moral is low. Attempts is improve it are half-hearted and short-lived. No training for designers or drafters. No way to improve their abilities.
