      It was dangerous because of lack of training and provide the wright equipment to perform duties and protect employees.

      Pros

      Working at Harris Ranch was hard because of poor management and poor quality sent to the customers.

      Cons

      Management needs to focus more on situation then on the employees. Needed more safety OSHA awareness to control incidents in production floor.It will be more successful for the company.
