      Strong company culture with a close-knit leadership team, excellent access to training and development, standout incentives, and a hands-on senior leadership approach. A high-energy, positive environment that creates real opportunities for growth and success.

      I have been with the company 15 months now and have nothing negative to say.

      Pros

      - There is a huge focus on learning and development with a very clear and realistic career plan in place which helps set personal targets and milestones. - There is really collaborative culture where everyone is encouraged to support one another to drive a high performing atmosphere. - Perks are amazing, monthly/ quarterly/ annually with trips abroad and 5 star days out for the top performers.

      Cons

      High expectations and ambitious growth plans do set a fast paced environment. I don't personally see it as a con as I want to be part of an team that wants to drive growth.
