      Good place to work as a trader or if you want to have a go as a front office investment / structured finance professional

      Cons

      Poor management from top down Bullying permitted if you make money A lot of dead wood at the top and toxic politics among new management Politics more important than delivering excl traders No diversity and a lot of group think A lot of people are not as experienced as they pretend which seems to be accepted by management Able people in middle and back office are not valued but work harder than elsewhere A lot of favouritism

      Management is very political. If they love you, great. If they don’t, expect no growth, even if your PnL is good. This is not a place where there’s merit.
