Where do I begin? Management- BEST people in the world! So sweet and give so much education to associates! They are my best friends and they teach me so much. Pay - So reasonable they give you exactly what you ask for. Hours- amazing !! If you show your 100% effort they give you as much as you want! Environment- amazing it's just a completely different envoirment then other retail stores! Opportunity - they give chances ! They are so excepting and give so many opportunity to everyone ! So amazing !

Nothing ! I got nothing except for you get sad to clock out at the end of the day

This company was willing to invest in talented managers that would be willing to stay with them long term. Great pay for the volume store that I supervised, great benefits, and great company vacation. As a store manger you get 3 weeks per year and can carry over one week to be used the following year. This company had some great managers, district managers, and an awesome VP of Retail. i have never worked for a company that you can reach out to the VP and get a response within 10 minutes. We had a very supportive DM and human resource department that backed the store manager's 100%. They actually listened and trusted what the store sales manager's had to say and responded accordingly. You were a person with a name and not just a number. Even when there was failure they were there to help support the store and the staff.

Cons

The company had some disorganization but that is typical of a new growing company.
