      Pros

      Limitless opportunity for those who are able to deliver results and lead and influence others. Great salary and benefits. 401(K) with match.

      Cons

      Like any type of employment some days can be more challenging than others but I believe that is more Pro than Con since I enjoy thinking critically and identifying solutions.

      Pros

      There are mostly talented and committed staff personnel in the Manager level positions. This group of employees tries their hardest to have the company succeed.

      Cons

      Owners are fake but put on a good show. The value of people first is simply not true; the all mighty dollar is what comes first. From what I have witnessed based on the company’s early success versus now, this company forgot where it came from and has lost all the humbleness I hear Stan once had. Executive management is mostly new and have no idea what they are doing. They were hired to be “strategic” yet are running around in circles around each other arguing over who is more strategic.

      The lower staff are nice.

      Cons

      The management is horrible. You will be stuck doing their work, even at the higher levels in the company. It's a group of friends who have more fun
