Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your time at Hashmeta Group.
First of all we are glad to hear that you had made some friends here during your employment here at Hashmeta Group, as well as the well-stocked pantry that made you happy. We will continue to improve on the employee wellness and benefits.
We are sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here, and it's true that working at Hashmeta Group isn't for everyone. We are in the business of digital marketing and agency life very often can make it difficult for the team members to adjust as it is definitely considered a face-paced environment. Change is constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve clients in an industry that changes almost daily.
With regards to your comments on “ Big boss is very emotional and manipulative. you can be on her good side one day and bad side on another day. then on her good side again” and “Want you to treat them as family, but don’t treat you as family” Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Related to your comments on “Will not reward good and hardworking employees but reward those that the big boss like” Our company has a performance management framework in place and reward our employees based on 3 key evaluation factors. Self-evaluation, 360 review and client’s feedback. The managers in each department will calibrate these evaluations before drawing a rating for the employee and disburse the performance bonus derived from the bell curve distribution. We are currently working hard implementing the SkillsFramework L&D on a group level, that would help our employees understand better, their gaps and career progression.
Thank you for everything that you have done at our company and we wish you well in your future.

Thank you for your feedback :)
We truly understand not everyone is suited for the agency life, the management acknowledges the hard work that the team has put in and have since put together an Employee Engagement team to plan more activities and increase the amount of team bonding sessions from once a year to once per quarter. We work hard, and we play hard. Not only that, but we have since improved our hiring process as well, to shortlist and filter suitable candidates with better culture fit. Our staff turnover rate has since dropped from a 20% to 12%. We value all of our current and former employee's feedback, so we would be happy to learn more. Please feel free to contact our HR to discuss any time. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours. Cheers!
