If you have a German background or even know German language you will be part of the management team, otherwise you will be at the same level as you started regardless of your hard work, knowledge, education or skills.
Cons
An atmosphere of suspicion and fear of losing jobs is part of Hawker Pacific Aerospace employee’s lifestyles which makes the entire teams nervous and eventually stop trusting the company. There is little or no chance of progressing and succeeding into a higher paid position.
