Pros

Being around 30 plus year tenured employees and see how much they care and support each other says it all. We have each other's back and never try to take the easy way out. We are growing and getting benefits and pay increases based on our success and contribution. Never hear many complaints about not having a voice or say in where people want to see the company in 5 to 10 years down the road.

Cons

Hard to predict the amount of people we need for our growth.

Pros

A great group of people who are dedicated team players striving to reach a common goal - taking care of the customer. Very family oriented environment where the employees are valued, appreciated and recognized for the work that they do. Management is extremely supportive of, and takes pride in, every single employee. The benefits and policies offered are second to none, continuing to prove that the employees are an absolute priority.

Cons

Our industry is very fast paced and is always changing. Organization, efficiency and scheduling are key factors in making it all work. Even with those policies in place, due to the nature of our business, it is sometimes challenging to make it work.

Pros

This company is always looking for the best people and if you read some of the earlier reviews you can bet they were written by someone why couldn't hack it and obviously didnt have the companies best interest at heart!!

Cons

Need a few more people to keep up with the workload!
