A lot of companies promise great culture, commitment to employees both professionally and personally, and collaborative team spirit - but fail to deliver on all or some. I'm happy to say that HSTK has over-delivered on these aspects, and then some. One of the most delightful things I've seen is complete transparency from the top down as well as vulnerability. No one is afraid to admit when something isn't working, or they're having a bad day, or going through personal issues. Then everyone rallies around them to support however they can. It truly is a team that lifts you up in all ways. So refreshing!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far working for Haystack Consulting. We work with many different clients, in a lot of different industries, so we get to help create a wide variety of technology. In my opinion, one of the best parts is our approach to consulting. It's a priority of the company to include the people building the software in most (if not all) client meetings, to ensure that there is no loss of communication between the client, product owner, and developers. We make our best effort to ensure that everyone is on the same page every step of the way. Aside from that, here is a list of other pros that are worth mentioning: * Fully remote * Unlimited PTO * Competitive salaries * Constant growth mindset * Supportive team environment * Bi-annual company events w/ paid travel If you want to give healthy start-up life a try, I can't think of a better place to plant yourself.
