Things are very fast-paced and we are a small company, so sometimes the workload can be a little intense. That being said, I have never been asked to work over my 40 hours per week in my time here so far. That has happened to me with previous employers.
Since it is a startup, there isn't necessarily a clear "ladder" to climb at the moment. We have had employees shift around and change their titles based on new desires in their career, though, so Haystack is flexible in that way.
