Office for most of my time there was the dump on Fleet Street with abysmal food but the new office is much better

Cons

Lots of interpersonal issues, lots of ego management. Everyone thinks they are the smartest guy in the room and has to say something in every meeting. Juniors overloaded with nonsense work and pointless analysis. As a VP with no influence of decision making power my bonus was cut one year because of a strategy that was pushed by the MD who had a vested interest in doing deals in Spain which I objected to but was forced to work on, as if it was my idea. Trust no one and be prepared to have to defend yourself when the blame storming starts.

Whole year recruitment happens . like hire and fire no stable staff .A very bad environment a lot of politics and seniors wants their backend should handle Thier all work and they just chill in office. A lot of abusive language use in office . No management no policy no work environment Just a third class company If you are willing to join there Please don't waste your time

Great opportunities to learn from leaders in the field. Head Field also offers endless training sessions to build on all . Some challanges include workload whereby you are given the oppurtunity to do the work of someone at a higher level which proves to be challenging but very rewarding

No Downsides of working at head field solutions.
