HPA does amazing work in the countries it operates in, strengthening health systems and health worker skills.
Cons
Very busy roles at HQ, can be quite long hours.

Great values, friendly people with their heart in the right place, interesting work
Cons
The values at the organisation are great but the chief executive doesn't help people achieve them. He's very hands off and doesn't help solve problems, and also was unwilling to do anything to decolonise or help make the organisation more anti racist.
