Toxic culture and management

Pros

Near mrt with lots of food.

Cons

Deeply disappointing, especially for an organisation responsible for promoting the nation’s health and well-being. The internal culture does not reflect the values it advocates externally. The environment is highly pressurised, with little regard for employees’ well-being. Unrealistic demands are common—for instance, being asked to make substantial revisions to presentation materials just minutes before a meeting with the CEO, despite the work clearly requiring more time. More concerning was the tone set at the top. During meetings, the use of vulgar or aggressive language by senior leadership was not uncommon, which was both surprising and discouraging. Overall, the culture felt misaligned, unsustainable, and at odds with the organisation’s stated mission.
